Most assume that it will be called iPad 3 and be unveiled in San Francisco on or about March 7.

It's also expected to include a higher resolution display, the Siri voice-controlled personal assistant and wireless connectivity to high-speed 4G and LTE networks.

But after that the speculation starts to divide.
